VISION

 

An organization motivated to make a positive impact on our communities, by displaying God’s love through the infusion of sports and community service.  Our belief is that we are more than a sports league, and in addition to our recreational leagues we host various fundraisers throughout the valley in which 100% of proceeds go towards that cause.   For us, the many families we encounter are the focus of our league. We offer an evolving approach to youth sports by catering to the needs of today’s player and their family. With the understanding that availability and cost are major factors preventing children from being able to participate in organized sports.  In order to overcome those obstacles, One Way Only Sports has a vision to one day becoming the first sports league in all of Arizona that provides quality recreational and developmental leagues at NO-COST!  

           

In order for us to achieve these goals, we will be looking to community members for help.  The best way to inspire a community is by showing that you care.  Our efforts include working closely with local high schools, to develop sports leadership programs that offer high school athletes the opportunity to give back by coaching kids from their communities.  We are building future leaders that will instill their principals of community service onto the next generation.  Creating generational inspiration to keep our communities safe and beautiful!  What better way to do so then by the hands of its own community members.  Unity within our community!
